Which engine oil are you currently using? What is the brand, grade, and drain interval?

Has transmission fluid replaced in recent times?

Is engine health perfect in all respects? Are you facing any oil reduction issues?

I recently purchase alpha almost 15days
I dont have any maintainance history
I hv recently change the oil 5w30 as my mechanic suggested mw this but am not getting good average on this mostly people suggest me to use 0w20 as its hybrid n recommended oil is 0w20
And don’t have any idea about transmission oil its milage shown in meter is 76k but i dont know its orignal or tempered

Bad Fuel efficiency may not be just due to engine oil only! It can be due to many other reasons too.

0w-20 (5w-20), 5w-30 and 10w-30 will be the recommended engine oil grades for your car. If engine health is perfect, there is no smoke from the exhaust, compression if Great, you are not facing any oil reduction issues; then you may use 0w-20 or 5w-20, and gradually move upwards, if oil does not suit.

Whichever grade you choose, prefer fully synthetic engine oil, and ensure that oil is 100% genuine and original, and from some reputed brand. The oil must be ILSAC GF-5, and / or API SN / SN Plus, preferably with RC certified.

Total Quartz 9000 Future series, Shell Helix Ultra series, Kixx, ZIC, Caltex / Havoline / Chevron, etc. are some of the reputed brands. You may choose between them.

Please go through it, and do the needful as per requirements.

I am not sure, but I think, your car's transmission requires "WS" type fluid for Toyota transmissions, but confirm it first.

Language is in Japanese, but still few things are understandable.

Please go through from page Nos. 420 to 421 regarding engine oils, and fuel tank capacity (i.e. 45L). Quantity reqd. of engine oil with / without filter change is 4.2L/3.9L respectively.

On page 422, in the mid of page WS is mentioned, and I believe its regarding transmission fluid. Please check and confirm. And if you have not replaced transmission fluid, I would strongly suggest to replace it ASAP.
