I am planning to change tyres of my Vitz 2010 1000Cc.. can anyone of you recommend me the best tyre size for better performance and grip .

14/70/185 for gud ground clearance else if ground clearance is not an issue go for stock 14/70/165 best for pickup and road grip

STOCK TIRES all the way.

Don't go for larger tires. It ruins the drive and economy.

I think it's 165/70/14.
