Just wanted to know whether Islamabad Excise has started issuing RED BOOK, just like a passport book of Punjab, or not? I got my vehicle registered in April 2013, Y series. I just have the registration document, which is just a A4 white paper!
Still A4 size paper registration till now.

I got my registration book today it is watermarked paper and TO form also attached with printed information.
Books were issued for 500 rupees after ETO's signatures on the registration forms. That I witnessed two years ago when I went to register a car.
Transfer Letter is not attached to my registration copy, what should I do then?Are the books issued nowadays thats my question?

I first registeted my car in islsmabad in july 13 they give white paper with book delivery date of november 13 then I got watermark paper with to form and cd. Then I got another new car in oct 14 and todayy got its paper and to form but cd is yet to arrive.If u got white paper then there will be book delivery date written on it.
@dr_mani my car was registered in 2010 and I got that red book from them when my provisionality ended...btw I am the first owner of the car...
You can get it on payment of 100 rupees after filling a one page form. They see original CNIC and write the number of transfer letter on the registration certificate/doc
