Red Light Flashing in Wagon R!

Hi Guys,

I have purchased new Wagon R about a month ago. I have noticed that when I locked the Wagon R, a Red light started flashing on the dashboard below the RPM meter.

Is this red flashing light indication when the car is locked is normal or there's any wrong with the car?

Same problem with my wagon r 2015 when i lock red immobalizer light keep blinking and off after 20 to 30 seconds is there any issue?
