Reducing oil problem

Assalam Alakum

car is reducing oil after 500Km .45 liter oil gone.
To cater this problem i just change Rings of car but the problem not solved.
kindly guide me what is the main problem. and how i can coup with it.
it also emit smoke but not all the time.

Check valve seals if problem is on cold start only.
Replace PCV valve

Btw who ever changed the rings on your pistons is a complete idiot. There are plenty of reasons why engines reduce oil mostly Oil rings, valve seats and guides, seals etc etc..
