HI All, I need help for the information related to Honda 70 Model 2004 registration. I buy this used model from Lahore through some showroom on maclord road , Show room owner given me bike book and papers after 1 day becoz he need to transfer the bike on my name.I check the papers, in upper portion of the papers listed 1st owner of the bike and in lower was my name and excise dept stamp.
But now when i check its number plate on excise dept website owner of the bike is the 1st owner not me .Why is it like this ? I can figure out !
1. May be showroom owner didn't updated bike papers in excise dept and transferred the bike on fake papers ?
Please now any one can tell me what is the procedure, how i update data on excise dept, i just know 1st owner name no address no telephone number. i buy this bike in 2006 and just in 2017 aug some body done "Transfer of Deed Insurance " whom i dint know, and what is "Transfer of Deed Insurance " means i dint know ! Please can any one of help me guiding the right path . Thanks
