Reliable Fuel Stations along the way

Hi All,

We are planning a trip towards Abbotabad and the surroundings.

The recent motorway has changed the routes. How does that come into play? Google Maps is updated in certain areas of the newly opened Sukkur - Multan Motorway but not all places are present.

Points of concern include the rest places and the refueling stations which, apparently are not available on this route. Were to refuel and which pumps are the most reliable in this regard?

I assume you are going from Karachi to Abbottabad.
1. Fill up in Karachi.
2. Next fuelling stop will be at Panu Aqil. I used Hascol or PSO all the way on my trip from Karachi to Rawalpindi.
3. Next fuelling stop should be in Multan. I filled up from PSO in Cantt.
4. Next fuel stop should be at Sial Chowk on M2. There are a few options available there.
5. Next fuel shop should be at Rawalpindi.

Depends on which car you have and what speeds you plan to do. I suggest maintaining speed between 80~100 as the weather is hot and this is a fuel economical speed range.

Did you happen to use the Sukkur Multan Motorway as well ?

I used Sukkur-Multan motorway. Beautiful road and hardly any traffic. Southern Punjab till Abbottabad should be no problem
