Removing HPA From Reg Card / File - E and T Punjab

Hello,
I recently paid all my dues and got NOC from the bank. The question is how can I get HPA removed from my registration card / file?
Kindly note that I don't want to get the vehicle transferred to my name. It is already registered on my name. It is only marked as HPA to a Bank's Name which I want to get removed and get a new registration card issued. Required info is for Punjab (Lahore)

no the vehicle is registered with excise to the Bank as HPA under your name.
You shall transfer the ownership under your name and cnic using the NOC provided by bank.

I want the same. I visited Excise rwp and they provided me a tracking ID and sent me to bank alfalah for biometric. But the bank is not getting it they are not giving their biometric as they are unaware od this procedure. Kindly guide me what to do now.

Excise office rwp want biometric from bank to remove HPA and bank is unaware they said you have to get the biometric from the Person who has financed the car from bank alfalah
