Watup guys.
So today I finally got my ordered grid tie inverter from China.
I installed it and ran it.
It works! Yeah!!!!

Now there's a problem. When it makes energy more then I m using in home. My wapda meter runs backwards.

I don't want any trouble with wapda. I've an old disk meter.
Does anyone know how can I get a net meter or smart Meter from wapda? Do they even know about this technology?
I'm affraid meter reader could complain against me that I tempered with my meter that's why it's moving back.
Any suggestions?

That's a really cool thing. Are you using it with solar panels? In advanced countries the utility company will pay you for every kilowatt you send back to the grid. But here I am sure the Wapda guys might try to frame you for dishonesty or something. I would suggest be careful in dealing with Wapda. And if possible can you share it's cost? Panels and inverter. Thanks.

It's Grid tie inverter. You connect its one side with solar and other in any socket plug of 220v. It converts solar dc to grid ac.

It's price RS 12000 from China. Delivered via UPS . Ups in Lahore charged Rs 7000 duty. Which was not applicable on solar items according to budget 2016-2017 . But still had to pay to clear my shipment. But they say It might be refundable. I will claim tax refund at the end of this year.

You're absolutely right and yes it is connected to my solar panels . That's the main reason I started this topic. The thing is I don't wanna get in trouble for my un noticed favour to wapda. Which is generating them free electricity. I'm sure if I feed back to grid they will create trouble. Btw I heard in lesco they are giving net meters to consumers like me who are able to generate electricity. While they are asking consumers to sign some kind of agreement and they wmgive you some kind or certificate of it. So I was thinking if someone can help me with that. I'm in GEPCO region btw.

this is just like infini but with smaller Vdc current and less panels. good

3kva infini cost 125k. panels need to have VOC... 250 to 300

That must be hybrid inverter. And for much bigger system then normal usage in Pakistan.
