Sorry to bother you once again, but could you also guide me how much engine oil is required to be poured into this model specifically? My usual mechanic stated that he poured 4.5 liters whereas the second mechanic I went to stated it just needs 3.7 Liters of it? Or on whole bottle? I can't remember where but I could recall I read somewhere that if you change the oil filter then it requires 4.5 liters of oil? Else 1 bottle is plenty?

It takes around 3.7 liters with filter (a little less if the car is driven and oil is pumped up, that amount doesnt drain out). 4.5 liters is way over filled (harmful for engine). Drain it out. Check on your dip stick on level surface on cold car. The level should not exceed the criss cross pattern at the end of dipstick.

That old mechanic suggesting that I get the engine swapped almost always used to pour in more than a bottle and told me that the other mechanic I'd taken the car to when it started making the weird sound had fooled me lol. Imagine that. He said that iss Mai toh hamesha 4.5 liter dalta hai already Kam daala hai iss ne iss Mai. Pehly he leak horaha aapky engine ka toh kabbara hojana aesay.

Well now you know why your oil leaks appeared in the first place. Additional oil splashes with crank and goes everywhere. It also causes surfing (air bubbles getting into oil, causing lack of lubrication).

something fishy about your original mechanic, as if he planned all of this to happen to make bucks out of the misery : ( overfilling the oil in it, which is harmful for the engine, and then suggesting you to buy a new engine when the old one leaked : (

The engine was completely drained out today I'd not been able to take the car to the mechanic and today I had no option but to drive her to a mechanic referred to me by my senior where I work. However I decided to get the oil topped off before I took it as it was really low.

This one identified the the sealing of the component attached had given up and those were the main source of the leakage and sure enough it stopped majority of the drips for now at least.

Also replaced the bolt underneath and stated the bolt hadn't slipped but rather seems the mechanic had lost the original bolt and went with the makeshift adjustment of fitting a spark plug in it. He found a bolt with the "kabarya and it fit perfectly without needing to adjust the screw size Alhamdulillah

I know right? It's as if he was setting me up for disaster to break my heart and then squeeze the car out of me for cheap. This is just hilarious now at this point. He was trying so hard to make me give it up and here I am bringing her back into shape. InShaAllah o Aameen

That is Vtec solenoid. Put genuine new gasket in it, donot put any RTV or silicone etc. Torque the bolts to 9ft-lb. Over tightening will cause the seal to fail again.
If the mechanic does not have torque wrench, find a better one or invest in it yourself. Set proper torque on it yourself and give it to mechanic for tightening the bolts.
This mechanic has surely tried to kill the engine with all of his "ustadi".
Buy new honda drain bolt with crush washers. Here are the parts. 600 rs for bolt, 1000 rs for pack of 10 crush washers:

Once again thank you so much for your detailed reply! I really appreciate that a lot, I just got my samurai back today from the mechanic I'm attaching the list / invoice of things that he replaced! I also learnt that the catalytic converter is missing? From the car, the mechanic guided me that mechanics break them off as they get choked instead of cleaning them so that's what might have happened?

Also, he replaced the plugs but to save me come cost he didn't replace them with iridium plugs as he said they were expensive comparatively. So instead he installed japanese but cheaper ones for now.

Got the VTEC solenoid gen replaced as well.

The seals of the transmission.

Only the foundation of the gear was broken completely the rest of the two he said he'd made sure and wouldn't cause any trouble for now as they weren't broken.

Alhamdulillah the leaks have stopped and the responsiveness of the car is above and beyond MashaAllah!

Just one last qyery I have left is about the catalytic converter, what is it's use and how much would it cost me to get it? I've heard of it but haven't really known much about it until now unfortunately.

That is sadly true, and for what you can't fix and the customer won't know? Get rid of it, as in my case he'd gotten rid of the catalytic convertor.

What are my best alternatives?
Knowing my old mechanic now I'm pretty sure he just swapped it out for his personal gain.

This mechanic suggested I could get a Chinese one? Is there any down side of getting that?
