Repairing Accidental Honda CG125 Suggestions

A few days ago I crashed my bike got some injuries and some parts of the bike were damaged Including the following.

1- Meter
2- Headlight
3- HandleBar
4- Mudguard
5- Tail Light Cover
6- A small piece of metal broke from front handel column which prevents the handle from fully turning.

I want to put 100% original parts on my bike, the original OEM parts and want to know from where i can get them and their price.

Also from where to weld a small piece of metal on column can honda antina repairing shops do this ?
