Replace Engine for Nissan Pino E Four 2007

Hi, I am considering replacing the engine of the Nissan Pino 2007 (aka Suzuki Alto Japanese) (660CC). Want to know what are the challenges?
Any things to watch for?
I am in Islamabad; any mechanic recommendations?
The engine is K6A

If you're looking for a traditional mechanic there's one in G10, i got my sisters passo engine replaced by him.
