Replacing Corolla speakers

The default speakers are crap in 2015-2017 models. Grande. Not much bass either.

Are they easily replaced with better quality ones? Specially for bass.

What size n which speaker would be compatible, if there's any such thing as size for car speakers? I have zero clue about replacing car speakers..

I read somewhere about screwed speakers or bolt-ons.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes replacement is very easy.
Stock speaker are 6inch and door has space for 6.5inch so upto 6.5inch can be easily installed.

There is no bolt on for speakers all aftermarket speakers have to be screwed on and properly installed.
Car door does not have universal mounting holes around the cutout for speaker instead has 3 holes in a triangle format far back and stock speakers are mounted permanently using rivots.

You need to drill out those rivots and install a speaker bracket. Specific brackets are readily available for corolla in main audio markets. Once you install the speaker bracket onto the door a number of speakers can be installed onto that bracket. Bracket has multiple holes and plenty of space to make custom holes as well. Bracket is plastic so almost any speaker 6-6.5 inch can be installed

as for the wiring you can either cut the original connector or get a adaptor harness from aliexpress.

Can you suggest any decent speaker, with good bass? Not too expensive either.. I don't need a separate subwoofer/amplifier, if speakers are decent n have decent bass.

Will I require 4 speakers, or 6? (as 2 are tweeters in the door I think).

Lastly, can you suggest any good audio shop in ISB/RWP to get this done professionally?

Decent speakers now a days cost a lot. You can explore the market and see what is available in which price bracket. I am also running new speakers without an amp and for a simple sound upgrade i feel my sound system is good enough without an amp.

If you have an Altis then it has 6 speakers (4 Main + 2 tweeters), if gli then 4 main speakers and if xli then 2 main speakers.

You can use the existing tweeter or get a complete component set for front which includes new tweeters as well.

For rear speakers that are 6x9 and is size mein ajkal speakers new a nai rahay so that will be slightly difficult to find. You could get a custom bracket made which converts 6x9 to 6.5 speakers out of wood for less than 500 or acrylic for 2000

If you want genuine original stuff not chinese items then go to sound valley in saddar.

I'm talking about Grande. So it has 2 tweeters, and 4 speakers (they are 6x9 right?) -- are those 4 called woofers?

When buying speakers, do I tell the shop guy that I need 4 speakers or woofers in 6 inch size?

Plus, is this system called component? The other one is I think coaxial which isn't in Grande.

Lastly,
will new speakers work well with the stock head-unit of pre-FL Grande that is Android.

Front speakers are 6inch speaker, rear speakers are 6x9 speakers.
They are called speakers.

Stock speakers are not even coxial, i think they are standard single cone speakers.
Component is a type of speaker the latest best type available. Component are available which have no tweeters or tweeter and main speaker as single piece or tweeter and main speaker separate piece

I would suggest k get 3-way component which have separate tweeter and main speaker for the fronts.
Rear pe either get component which have tweeter and main as single piece or without tweeter or even coxial jo bhi chalay
