If you find a clean car, you wont be visiting workshops. No reason at all. Just on the first time purchase you go and get all the stuff thats changed due to wear and tear changed. Thats all oils and filters, brake pads, plugs, battery and suspension bushes if they are fine you can leave them as it is
The cars of 2000 etc time are far far far far better quality than the crap you get today. If you find a proper car to begin with, you will get no problems what soever!
Find a Honda City though. It will come in the budget and is a better car IMO. And reliable too. Its been 10+ years on mine and Allah ka shukar apart from the above things Ive had zero problems.
