Replacing khyber enjine with SOHC 16 Valves iVTEC honda city engine 2003-2008 model

please give your suggestions.

should i go for a engine replacement khyber stock with honda city VTEC engine (2003-2008).
what could be pros and cons.
how much should be budget required.
a mechanic told me that it will cost around 70-80k
is it worth to do that?

If you really want to swap then go for toyota 1nzfe. City L series engine will not fit like you think. Engine will be hanging too low.

i believe in toyota engines the fuel consumption is quite high as compared to honda L series.

no, it's mileage is same. new toyota engines are economical.

then another fact, it will cost a lot. even only engine and gearbox will be more than a 100k.
whereas i believe honda L13a will be less than 50k.
and is super economical too.

1nzfe will be same in economy.
Again vertically engine is actually tall. So you have to either low it close to the ground or have to modify the hood.

I suggest you to put Mercedez actros truck engine in it 8 cylinder with auto gearbox

You can go for passo 1300cc kabli engine it comes from other countries passo car because pakistan dont have 1300cc passo it is only in other countries
I aslo installed it in my suzuki khyber 2000 limited edition model and its pick is very fast it goes from 0 to 100 in 5 seconds i have tested it on the highway go for it only costed me 50k

When it have load so it takes 5 seconds and if i am alone it takes 3.5 to 4 because the car is light and i am not joking it is really like it

No brother my khyber also had an engine swap with a toyota passo 1300cc engine and its fuel consumption is very low like 16-17 @shiekh123
