Looks like there is a gap in the silicone sealant somewhere. You can wait see a few days if it disappears, otherwise the only proper solution is to reinstall by properly cleaning the old silicone and repasting the windshield with automotive grade silicone.
All these installers by default use the transparent furniture/household glass silicone, you have to specifically get the black automotive glass silicone and make them use it to paste the windshield.
This is a common issue that usually happens replacing windshields. If the old silicone is not cleaned properly it leaves an uneven surface and makes it prone to have holes and gaps when new windshield is fitted.
I have a fuyao glass windshield installed on an 8th gen civic too by amjad autos but the only thing different I did was got my own silicone and made sure to properly prep the surface before the new windshield was installed. There is no whistling sound and it feels just as quiet as before.
