Require Info about Carnet De Passage from Pakistan

Hi guys

I have been planning to take my car from quetta to Italy for a tour, but to do so i am asked to get Carnet de passage for my car from the country of resident, do anyone have any experience how to get one and how to calculate the security deposit.

but I have checked all the website and forums online but i am only getting information if anyone entering pakistan from EU or any other state. there isn't any information about one getting Carnet de Passage from Pakistan, which makes huge difference in Security deposit and application process country to country
