your options are civic 2002-2005/6 relatively cleaner to find in this price OR city 2003-2008 (chooha shape) but it will be hard to find. City of that shape has become more expensive clean one in Lahore is not going for less than 11 these days. While civic you can manage to find in 10.5 a clean, reliable and worthwhile piece. Remember to keep at least, at least 50k in pocket for unexpected expenses, minor maintenance, etc.

if you want to opt for comfort and reliability search for a Mitsubishi lancer. or else look for nissan sunny. both rides are far more better in all aspects compared to honda city, toyota and suzki available models in this range.

if you don't like those then only remaining option will be CIVIC 1996 till 2006 model.

better you try to look for a 2006 model vti oriel manual in a normal condition and get it updated/modified/fixed as per your own taste.

Get a 2005-06 civic preferably vti oriel in good condition it’s the best sedan IMO in this budget
