I have recently turned into a Liqui Moly Lubricants fanatic, and I dare say that my enthusiasm about this great organisation has not gone in vain.
I sent a generic email address to Liqui Moly. Mr. Ernst Prost owns the company and is also the Managing Director. Looks like the person who received the original email sent it to Mr. Prost, who was extremely kind in responding himself. He also left all his contact details in his signature, but for the sake of privacy, I am deleting this information out. Here's a copy-paste from his note to me, and my originating note to Liqui Moly. Enough said, I am sold for life on this company.
Dear Mr. Rao
Thank you very much for your kind email! I also thank you in the name of my
500 colleagues for your encouraging words. This gives us strength and
confidence. I think at first we have to think of the human beings and then
of the figures!
My 500 colleagues and me work with all our heart, passion and companionship
That is why the figures and the humanity match in our company!
Mr Dietmar Schmid will help you solve your gearbox problem as soon as
possible.
Kind regards
Yours
Ernst Prost

CeraTec - Pakistan
I have recently become a Liqui Moly fan. I live in Pakistan, and the harsh
weather conditions here put our car's through tough times each day. I have
seen a video by your Owner, Mr. Prost, and really appreciate what he does
for his people and the ethics and values he possesses in today's day and
age, where it is difficult to find people with the business acumen that he
holds. His video convinced me to spend a little bit more, but put my hard
earned money behind a company that prides itself in quality.
I have recently got myself some CeraTec friction modifier (amongst many
other items from Liqui Moly), and I am wondering if it is fine to use it in
a manual transmission gearbox. I have some gear whine noises coming from
the gearbox, and I know CeraTec may not cure them, but frankly, any
improvement will make me happy.
Looking forward to a response.
Best.
Rao Hamid.

So this is obviously top notch customer service. Not to mention their excellent product line. Just wanted to share an experience with everyone who seems to have lost faith in management of these rather large organisations.
Here is one more thread from the Preventive Maintenance forums that got me started. Good for people looking into some insight about Liqui Moly.

I have absolutely no affiliation with Liqui Moly, apart from being a satisfied customer.
Here is what I am currently using:
1- 5w40 Synthoil Fully Synthetic Engine Oil. (Rs. 3800 for 4 liters)
2- Cera Tec friction reduction agent (Rs. 1900-2000, good for 50,000 kms)
3- Liqui Moly engine flush was used for my oil change (Rs. 450)
4- Jectron fuel injector cleaner (Rs. 600, whole bottle good for 70 liters of fuel)
Mr. Prost is a trained mechanic, and began as Sales Manager at Liqui Moly Germany in 1990 (as per Wikipedia).
As they say, Germans do automotive products best
Cheers,
Rao.
