Restoration of 1980 corolla

i have a 1980 corolla in a very poor condition and i plan on restoring it with either of the 4age, blacktop or silvertop engines. i dont know much about engines and stuff and am here for expert advice over what will suit my car best. i want the car to be powerfull but on a low budget as i am a student in a2 and want it as a third car. how much the project might cost and what should i go for,please advice

engine gearbox work and all will cost around 1 lakh...

blacktop is more favorable to fit if car is front wheel drive.. but yours isnt..

1980-1982 corrola with a 4age is also one of my dream projects... could never gather up the funds...

good bake paint denting etc will cost around 50k..

then suspension brakes upgradations etc keep another 1lakh on the side...
