Fuel average like now I am getting 15+ on long my mechanic says that it should be improve
Acceleration difference

I'm not much in diesel engines.
But 2C came with a turbo version also with efi turbo. You can replace parts with them.
Diesel have too high compression.
I'm not sure that compression of n/a 2C and turbo 2C is same or different.
In case it's same which i don't think it is. Then it's bolt-on kind of thing. Otherwise you have to lower the compression.
Mileage would be about same. But If you floor it mileage would be less then n/a.
HP and Torque will increases so overall performance increases.

It's manufacturer fault in 7afe. 7afe is not the only one having this.
As mentioned due to sticking.
The solution is replacing rings and honing the cylinder.
Which i will not suggest.

7AFE and 1ZZFE both 1.8L motors are effected by this issue. Just use good oil and keep a look at oil level.

Another weekend, another DIY ...

Flushed the cooling system by taking out the T-stat valve. So basically, I am preparing it for a coolant.

At first, I removed the air filter housing to get easy access to the T-stat valve area.

Sorry for the dirty engine, actually its under construction yet.

This is the housing of Thermostat valve. You just need to remove these two 12mm bolts to remove it.

And here you go ... Just remove/replace the T-stat valve. And fit back again.
Keep in mind to replace the gaskit/rubber seal of T-stat valve.

Engine is clean internally, Alhamdolillah

So after removing T-stat & fitting everything back.
- i filled water in the radiator, turned on the heater (to flush heater coil).
- Started the engine, revved it hard.
- Turned off the engine.
- And removed the drain plug of radiator to get rid of all the dirt & rust inside the cooling system.

I repeated the same steps 3 times. And here is the rusty water that came out of the engine.

In my case, I didn't installed the T-stat yet as I am in mood to flush the system for several times like daily or once after a long drive.
I am also thinking to get a radiator flush & let it run through the whole cooling system for effective cleaning. What do you say @Hassan1991 @abdkhan2 @rajaahmedhafeez51 & all the other members ?
As the rust got stuck to the radiator ...

Today I again flushed the heater coil separately by pulling out its both IN & OUT pipes & used household water hose pipe to run the water through the heater coil. And man this mess came out of the heater coil.

Bhai there are radiator cleaners available in market. You should open the radiator and clean it thoroughly. Phir bar bar flushing ki zarorat nae para ge.

This mess came out of the heater coil. Thank God, it didn't went into the engine block wrna it will create bigger problems.
