Bro this rust is very dangerous for engine, radiator flush would be best option as it will clean radistor and system as well.

Next I planned to clean the throttle body & intake manifold. Physically the throttle body wasn't in bad condition but still I did the cleaning just for the peace of mind.
So here you go with the pics ...

There's damage on the TB.
Bhai do measure both holes of throttle body. And inside coin if you can.

Throttle body was pretty dirty from the back side. Cleaned it thoroughly after removing it. Forgot to take the before pics. This is an after shot.

Yup the damage is there but I checked the inside coin by looking through it in front of light and there were no leaks in it.
Even I further damaged the throttle body, isko seedha krny k chakkar mai ...

Everything is back to its place now, so no worries.

Next I removed the intake manifold cover to see its condition inside & to clean it, it was not that much dirty but yes the black residue was there.

I used this for cleaning of both the things i.e. Throttle body & intake manifold. It works like a charm. Bought it from KSA on my last Umrah visit.

Intake is shinny & giving reflections after cleaning 🤩

Use any good radiator cleaner in it then drain it and pour fresh coolant with thermostat.

I have used liqui moly and its good. But if your heater core and radiator is heavily rusted, cleaner will do its job but the results won’t be that good.

Nope ... Its not that much rusty now as I flushed it several times now. I hope radiator cleaner will do its job.
Otherwise any desi method to flush the cooling system ?

Yea radiator cleaner should do its job, add it and drive for 10-15 mints so that it goes everywhere and cleanes each and everything. Then drain it and get premix coolant 50/50 and it with thermostat. Add a good coolant not cheap ones which are just plain dye.

I measured this hole for you & sorry I didn't have any vernier caliper to measure exactly. This is 6 cm, I think so.
Ignore my dirty hands plz
