So todays update ...
Last night I was searching on the forum regarding the radiator flush & came to know about the flush method described by @Xulfiqar brother. Here I am attaching some screenshots of his replies in which he mentioned about the radiator flush using citiric acid (tatri).

no problem.
that's 55mm as i thought. coin will be 1 to 2 mm smaller so it would be round about 55mm.
i also got 55mm throttle body on my 5af ( converted to 5afe) but from 4afhe. 4afhe also had same size. 4afe got 50mm and stock 5afe got less then that (don't know exactly). 4age 16v also got 55mm.

So today I also bought some tatri (citric acid) & baking soda (meetha soda). As the tatri is acid & the meetha soda is base to neutralize the acidic effect of tatri. I bought 250 grams tatri & mixed half of it in 5 litres of water.
Poured the acidic solution in the radiator & started the engine for 15 min.

And the rusty solution came out of the engine after 15 min.

Then poured the basic solution (i.e. meetha soda mixed in water) in the radiator & started the engine for another 10 min.
This step is only to ensure that we are neutralizing the acidic effect of tatri from all over the cooling system
Here is the meetha soda wala solution in the radiator.

Tip : You can also clean the rusty reservoir bottle with that left over solution of citric acid, I cleaned mine too & it came out new

After the flush procedure. I fitted the T-stat valve back which I removed yesterday. Bought 5 litres of Battery water (Distilled water) from the market. Poured it in the system. And everything seems fine & clean now.
Insha Allah I will also add coolant into the system, just want to make sure that there is no further dirt into system thats why I just poured distilled water at the moment.

After all the Flush related work. I just thought why not to detail the engine bay as it was never cleaned by anyone after the swap. So here you go ...

Products used ...
- a pressure washer, obviously
- Nanoskin greasefree degreaser
- Brushes of different sizes
- alot of patience & elbow grease
- Didn't used any dressing yet as it attracts dust.

Its time for the interior strip-down & cleansing of dashboard, seats, roof clothing, all the plastic fittings/panels, carpet flooring & trunk carpets etc.

After that, will throw in some decent sound system.

In the end, will do some exterior detailing
