Never felt any need for sound deadening, the interior is already very quiet Masha Allah!

I didn't intended to use these moisture barriers as sound deadeners, only installed them bcz the older ones were damaged.

Salam everybody,
First of all, accept my apologies for not updating the thread timely. Actually the car was in very dirty condition bcz of the recent rainy season.

Last week she got a bath at Auto wash center, I know it's a bit harsh for the paint but let it go.

Here is the final after-shot of rear.

The oil change was also due. As previously I was using Total 10w-40, so this time I shifted to Total 5w-30 fully synthetic. And yeah I felt much difference in performance. Better initial pick, engine is more quieter, cold starts are smooth. And obviously fuel economy is increased.

After the oil change, next day I did a long trip of 600 kms with 5 persons on board & tons of luggage in the trunk.

rear passenger tire got burst on the way Khair I replaced it with the spare wheel which also got burst after covering 150 kms ... sed lyf ...

Khair somehow I managed the situation & finally reached my destination I.e. Mardan

As I was curious about engine oil. Next day in the morning, I checked the oil level & it was perfect. For me, that was the moment of relief as the 7afe accepted 5w-30 grade oil.

The sidewall tore-up completely!

Last month, after the completion of paint work. I did a little DIY.
-Remove both rear tires & put rear end on jack stands
-Pressure wash the rear wheel wells & all the area underneath
-Using APC & degreaser, cleaned the wheels wells, agitate the dirt with brush in corners n tight spots
-Dry all the washed area
-Sand any visible rust spots
-Applied dhammar coat in rear wheel wells to prevent from future rust as it is water repellent
-Took good care of small rust spots by sanding & then applying primer and then paint.

This is a ready to use dhammar coating

And these are the shot taken after 15 days, during these days, I drove the car 90% in rains & mud etc.
So this means its sticking well & doing its job.

Will soon take care of this surface rust Insha Allah

The amplifier used to place on trunk floor previously. This time I also installed it properly on that panel as you can see in pic.

Removed both ...
-Headlights
-Parking lights
-Turn signals

● Sanded them with different grit sand papers starting from 400>600>800>1000>1500>2000
● After standings, applied 3 coats of clear coat on all the items
● In the end, polished them after 24 hours.

Did all this to remove that slight yellow pale & to give an extra shiny & new look at the front end of the car just to match the newly built rear end.

What is this dhammar? I have used berger auto shield previously in my old Honda for underside coating. Its also mixed with petrol and is good for under body and wheel wells.
