:i have this kind of engine in my car but it according to mechanics it has some things missing in the engine like mene jab gari li to is ka fan direct tha jab auto karwany gya to mechanice said that is gari mein ECU ni hy so ap ka fan auto ni ho sakta.sir ECU kis jga par hta hy ta k mein check kar sakun k waqai is mein ecu present hy ya ni

What ???? ECU nahi hai
Hows that possible ? Although once I saw a 86 corolla with 4efe under the hood & somebody installed a carb on the intake side & they were running it without ECU & EFI system, I still have no idea that how that thing was running.
If your car has the same case as mentioned above, then, its a bad news for you & alot of things would be missing.
Is your engine running on injectors & throttle body ? if yes, then ECU is surely in there & you just need to kick that electrician hard & go to any sensible guy.

ECU is located behind the center console, try to find it there, it looks like a metallic box with alot of wires connected to it.

Post some clear pics of your car's engine bay, it will give us a clear idea either your car is running on ECU or not.

3:fuel average long pr to thk hy but short pr mje bilkul achi ni lagi like 8,9 per litre and on log with heavy foot 130+ it gave me an average of 13.6 per litre and now i m little bit confused about it

I can only suggest anything about average when we will be sure that the ECU is there. If its running on jugar technology without ECU, then what you can expect from such setup. Balkay 9 local & 13 on long is very good average for such setup.

Bilkul g, aap keh skty hain mechanic eik hisaab sy, bura lgny wali koi bat nahi. baki, dear google is your best friend for information & research, one just needs to know about proper key words to search for.

And lastly, workshop/service manuals & wiring diagrams for your car model helps alot.

5:engine ka ecu or sensors ka ecu wagera alag hta hy kia?

Same ECU hota hai, eik hi.

6:for better fuel efficiency in wich rpm we have to shif gears and in khadon wali road i have some jerks in my car haalan k mene mounts wagera b change kiye phir b

For better economy, one should always shift gear at around 2000 rpms.
For jerks, check control arm bushes, also check play in axles aka goday.

7:if car gives bad fuel economy what should be the first step in chekimg the system/sensors,injectors,throttle or any other

Once again, wohi baat, first of all, make sure if the ecu is in there or not, only then we can guide you further.

8:what is disadvantages of not having the ecu in the car

Its like running an engine, without its brain. It cant sense anything.

My car is running throttle and injectors also and it’s running is pretty fine and smooth but is computer is brain of the engine as you say therefore i took the step and begin to find the computer but i m loosinghope at this time is there any other location that the the computer can be there?????

At last i found it sir sorry for late finding but ye mere sath chupan chupaai khail rha tha i m very happy now alhamdolillah it is located in under the carpet jis par mene dheyan ni diya tha bcz mein dashboard mein ise dhoond rha tha khair dair aya drust aya​ and without you sir it’s for me lazy type boy impossible......

Yes you can rebuilt it. New garari set available in the market.

As per pictures, it seems like the engine is running with ECU as injectors and distributor get pulses/signals from the ECU. Try to find the ECU, it could be anywhere behind the dash.

Jugaar is all around. Wiring is a big mess in your car.

Finally you found it.
First of all, this ECU belongs to 5afe whereas you engine seems like 4afe, check the engine no. on block to make sure either it is 4a or 5a.

If its 4a, then you need to get 4afe ECU along with complete kabuli wiring, some missing sensors like MAP sensor (as I am unable to locate it in the engine bay) & get all these things installed.

If its 5a, then no need to change ECU, only wiring & missing sensors needs to be installed.

Do let me know in which city you are based ? so that I may suggest you some good electrician for the job.

Few months back, a friend got his 06 xli's gearbox rebuilt. He told me that aftermarket new complete garari set costed him 8k.
