Restoration of Corolla 1994 & 7afe Swap

I've swapped a 1zzfe into my 87 toyota corona , it has its original compressor . The car has its factory condensor and evaporator . Should I get a multiflow consensor only to run r134 or evaporator be changed as well to support r134

HELLO BROTHER,
I am very much impressed by your knowledge and effort you put in .I am facing a problem in my car which happens too many time which is like most of the time when engine is at its peak temperature and regardless AC is on or off RPM goes down under gear D and Engine shutdown immediately also sometime when AC is turned on RPM goes up to 1400 but slight after a minute or so it came down to 1000 and then if the Car is in D it again goes down and engine shutoff. I checked the vacuum line these are clear i check the throttle its clean .
Now whats your recommendation to do .

First of all, sorry for the late reply, I dont know why I didn't getting any notifications from pakwheels.

Dear this AC idle up valve came in 7th gen corolla e100 series lastly by company. In up models i.e. from e120 onwards, AC idle up is controlled via throttle body.

And I think you own an up model corolla i.e. 2005, 06

Its AE100 with stock engine 5afe auto tranny.

Get the throttle body cleaned & ask the electrician to check idle air control valve (IACV) sensor & its wiring, this IACV is placed on throttle body & gets stuck with the passage of time.

I would suggest to visit Hasnain electrician, if u r in peshawar.

check for any error codes
check MAP sensor signal value via multimeter
check timing
check TPS sensor
Whats the condition of spark plugs ? if fouled, it means car is running rich.
Any black smoke from exahust ?
Is the oxygen sensor connected ?

Keep fan auto & T-stat installed.

Humayun bhi i feel some jerks in my car whenever i left my foot from accelerator pedal. In 1st and 2nd gear ..

According to electrician . It is due to spark plugs ... Spark plugs are not iridium one ... It's simple one and little weak. Can i install iridium spark plugs ?

Umm spark plugs dont make any sense with these jerks. I also used to felt these slight jerks untill I replaced the complete axles, as my inner joints aka kuppay had play in them, which causes jerks.

If spark plugs are weak, do replace them first, otherwise these A series workhorses dont need anything special like iridium plugs, they work good enough on copper ones.

2:i have this kind of engine in my car but it according to mechanics it has some things missing in the engine like mene jab gari li to is ka fan direct tha jab auto karwany gya to mechanice said that is gari mein ECU ni hy so ap ka fan auto ni ho sakta.sir ECU kis jga par hta hy ta k mein check kar sakun k waqai is mein ecu present hy ya ni
3:fuel average long pr to thk hy but short pr mje bilkul achi ni lagi like 8,9 per litre and on log with heavy foot 130+ it gave me an average of 13.6 per litre and now i m little bit confused about it
4:During your own homework and searching about this car bcz i glad to know that you are also a good mechanic kaha jaye to bura ni​ap in-depth information kahan se lty hy like ho ap ne injectors ki information share ki hy uper if any group or website kindly share with us

Yes g, appearance wise all these A series engines are same. 5afe feels a bit smaller than 4a & 7a that's why one can easily spot it.

If you want to be sure about the engine model, you just need to look at the engine number stamped on the engine block, you will find engine model along with engine number. That's the most authentic way to confirm about the engine model.

The engine number is stamped into the block, to the right of the exhaust manifold. You will most likely have to take off the heat-shield in order to see it. You'll also have to get down quite low as it is engraved vertically.
