Honda' is a truly Amazing brand...And I have been in love with this model of City since i owned a City 1998 model in 1.3, and frankly speaking i believe it to be amongst one of the only best Honda City 1.5 Efi built till date... Even my 07 Model doesn't have the breaks and acceleration (Plus Engine roar which i love) which this car has after being 9 years older and having a 13 year old engine....

Neways , still have a long way to go... The steering pump seal leakage was detected by me in the morning today and the lower Oil pan Gasket is also leaking, so going to get these two things done at workshop tomorrow but wont be able to take pictures due to office...

For people who are interested in knowing what i have spent till now:

700 for steering fluid (will get it totally replaced tomorrow after steering pump leakage is fixed)
2000 =Oil change + Fuel and bla bla bla filters
250 front side fender left side cover (to be fitted tomorrow)
800 paid for Throttle body servicing
3000 for AC bringing back to life challenge
i guess approx 400 for all the bulbs and wiring to bring the lights back to life
Cleaning interior (done by me) no charges
Wiring (done by me and dad ) no charges
Side window movement betterment thru lubrication
500 for the number plates
Amplifier wiring and installation (done by my great friend and me) no charges
150 for some amplifier wiring stuff we needed...
500 for servicing the Self (ignition system) and distributor enhancing the starting sequence of the car

well , i have actually ran out of money and was on an official tour of the flood affected areas so i was unable to update my thread. I also missed the get-together at lahore..

I dont have money till i get paid on 5th. Till then here is some work i did to get the front lights fixed as the bulbs were very dim and there sockets were burnt out (forgot to take the pictures as well as the lights were totally out of alignment...

Well this week im getting my car serviced, It is way dirty from the engine bay ..:-#

I need some help from you guys... The top roof clothing of the car from the inside is damaged, can anyone guide me where to go in lahore for top upholstry? as i was thinking to fabricate it with clothing rather than the ragazine style being used.

Great work. I actually went through an entire thread after a long time.

May I advise against any bumper extensions? Keep the car as it is. If you want, re-paint it, get a nice set of wheels and keep it low and clean.

Is your roof cloth really messed up?

I mean if it is stained only, you can just go for a general service. They'll take out the seats and wash them, the floor carpet, the roof cloth, the dash and the boot.

I've found these 1000 rupees most value for money when spending on any newly bought second hand car. The results are absolutely awesome.

Do you know anyone (like any number) who would do this general service? As i need to get the lower carpet cleaned, i tried to push it out but honda's aren't easy to rip from their floors....

Need help if someone can advice me where we can get the top ceiling cloth either repaired or made new from scratch.. I took Monday and tuesday off just for the interior top and seats....

there is a small market on peco road near link road which is dedicated to cars and their upholstery. they can do the ceiling for you

and must i say i am impressed, my cell phones are charging right now ... Will upload the pictures in a while.. I believe my Honda 1998 1.5 is the only Neo with Fabricated Black interior roof-top (Say no to ragzin).. and that too designed in the original style...
