Restoration of Honda City 1998 Neo

Buddy thanx for the hint, that is the place i visited today, and i got myself a unique roof top made... i bet no owner of NEO has such a roof top....

Here goes the picture part...

Finally the right side mirror is alive, it was al broken and i was having issues driving the car

The carpet and side door cleaner arrives at the scene and starts....

This is what caused me real issues, The original roof top was torn.. The guy advised me to go for a cruel glue on repair but that was worth sh**T...

So i decided to go for a unique change....

AAHH!!!!!

The roof top starts to go off... My heart still beating... will they make it just like the original or will i suffer from the wrath of pure money wastage..???

Well they told me the cost would be 3000 for just the roof to be similar to the bucket type shape of its original Ragzine type sheet.... So for a salary earning guy, my mind was confused, will they do it, or will they scr*w it ..

This is the roof from the inside, as you may see, it is totally genuine, no dent, repair or anything done on the sides even...

I went to the roof top maker's shop so i missed most of the ripping out of the seats part for the seat covers..

Side door cloth is finally shining and restored...

When i got back, the guy had already cleaned them, else would have uploaded the original condition of them they were in before... Way dirty... I didn't fabricate them as i love their originality which sort of keeps the doors alive...

The left side, shining now with one coat of the so called chemical...

This is the real dirty part... Yuck... and this is being cleaned..

Second coat applied to the left side and the side is better than how it looked before..

Right side after 4 coats... Clean and shiny....

So here arrives the roof... Black with very light texture on it, and it is fabric... I HATE THAT RAGZINE STYLE SO MUCH NOW...!!!!

You can clearly view the finishing here, all the bucket type shapes are visible just like the original roof top has..

@ Kazmi sb! Good work...bringing new life to NEO by the way you missed the most important part...how did they clean the door's fabric??? any idea they they used some special spray/solution or was it just simple detergent mixture?

Its night.. I'm sorry the project started at 11am, ended at 8pm.. So its too dark for me to take some visibly good pictures but i will upload them in the morning...

He made some mixture in front of me, it had some ammonia smell as well in it... but yea there was detergent as well... Apart from detergent there were 4 chemical small bottles and he told me not to sit bare footed on the carpet for at least 6 hours or your feet would itch..

anyways right now i just vacuumed up the ride, didnt find any itching part as i was bare footed...
