@iLLDuDe....Thanks dear......a lot more to come..
did not work again and we had to raise it a little more...
But again manifold was sticking in the engine bay and my mechanic decided to raise it a little more....
I was affraid that it may not fall because our jack was not ment for this purpose.....
Risky business
As you can see that its just a simple tyre changing jack...
@buksh....lolz.....yes..really risky ,specially with this jack.Once we dropped a car while changing clutch plate (corolla 82 which i still have )... fortunately wheels were intact so it landed on them saving my mechanic......Gave "Sadqa" immediately..very cautious since then and I was repeatedly asking my mechanic to stay away while jacking it so high..
And another view...see its abnormally/dangerousaly high....but there was no other option to remove manifold from car....
another view.....
And raised a little more....at real dangerous height......ultimately exhaust system was cleared..
And exhaust removed....
It was dropped on the ground....
It was quite difficult but ultimately removed...
You can see that its in one piece...even after raising the car to this height,it was quite tricky to remove in from under the car...
What do you have in mind for this? 2C? just kidding
@ splitfirebor wats that white car behind a porsche 944?
And atlast out of the car....You can see its a large piece so difficult to remove from the car.
@buksh....lolzz.....no brother...It has its own original engine..with 1.5 twin SU (hs4) side mounted carbs.....This car is amazingly original in all respects (you will see in coming pics)...Even I was not expecting the condition in which we found the car after removing the paint....I did not drive this car even 5 KMs in 10 years because it was stripped as a sample for the other one (blue one).So I will rebuild the original engine with all original parts which I will bring from UK in my expected visit in july/august.
@ekdrifeter....Its not 944 dear....Its Mazda RX7 82/83 model Savana with mazda luce 929 engine.....with me for last 15 years...I posted its pics long ago on pakwheels...do not know how to find them now...
And another view of complete exhaust system out of the car......
Now we came to wiring in the engine bay...
