Same is the case with me....
after applying so much efforts,I really want both these cars on road as early as possible...

First of all I thought to leave headlights intact but then decided to remove them.....

taking the wiring apart....

Each and every wire was removed very carefully

Actually perfection is in my nature.....cant help it.sometimes its unnecessary to go into deep details...but what to do Buksh Bhai...Cant help it..

Main supply to all front lights including headlights,indicator.parking,horn etc......

After disconnecting and marking,wrapped them in a plastic shopper .....

Now removed head light which was simple and straight forward.

Head light aim adjusting screws being removed......

Head light beck assembly (cup) being removed..

It was fitted with four blind revits and these revits had to be drilled......

Slow speed drilling was done to avoid any damage to the body or making the holes wider...

And whole headlight assembly(left side) is removed along with original gasket and wire....

Now came to right side.....

This was a little tricky because revits started revolving with the drill and drill was not able to make a hole through...the only option left was to grind them away which was a little risky because of cramped space and high speed of grinder.....

It is important when grinding that rotation of the disk should be in that direction so the grinded particles should not shower on you but they should go away from you.
