And I continue........

Rear brake shoes were removed long ago to replace leathers and after replacing leathers,never fitted back......and were lost.....

but now they were needed because we were planning to toe the car to workshop and at least hand brake was needed,..a lot of shoppers in the car and after searching every where,we found them in one shopper which was in the car.....

My mechanic was trying to rebuild the brake......I mean renewing hudraulic system but I asked him not to waste time...all we needed was a little braking while being pulled to the workshop.So i asked him to replace/refit only rear brake shoes....

Brake shoes fixed but only operated by hand brake...no hudraulics...

Hmmmm.....

Almost all "removeable" things were removed......

Now its time to pull it to the workshop...

and our workhorse(corolla 82) was there with all her services as usuall,

I asked my mechanic to tie rope on front crossmember instead of normal pulling hook.....just a precaution....

Rope tied to spitfire.....I asked my mechanic (Raees) to keep rope a little long because we only had hand brake operating of spitfire which takes longer to stop the car....Again just a precaution..

Rope was again tied to the rear axle of our corolla instead of normal pulling hook...

I dont know why???

My son insisted that he wants to accompany my mechanic in spitfire....

all my efforts to convince him to come with me in corolla failed...So had to take another guy who works in the house....(dont feel like writing servant)to take care of my son....

By the way both of them were sitting on tyres.......
