We started from the bonnet....

I noticed that the groove between bumper and bonnet lower edge was not uniform.It was like that since I bought the car...

I always used to look at this when ever coming to the garage and having a look at the car.So decided to check/rectify this fault first of all.

we removed the bumpers at home but brought it to workshop and refitted..

You can see the actual condition of paint on the bonnet,because of which I decided to get it repainted...

Refitted the bumper..

Now you can see that the groove between the bumper and bonnet lower edge is not equal but a little less at left/middle side.

Thanks brother,not going to workshop in the day or daily...
I have asked the workshop guys to ring me when some item is finished or just visit after a couple of days or so in the evening....

TOO HOT these days.

preparation to fix the bonnet....

Some blows with heavy hammer...

I did not allow him to hit direct but through a wooden strip.Two people pressing bonnet from the sides to protect mounting pipes from the impacts...

Again fitted the bumper and checked.....

A little better but not perfect..

I did not allow to heat the bonnet..
