Same tool was used on this side too but with some little modification because of different location of bends/dents.
Modification was a little bending as you can see in the following pic..
Another clear view of our custom built tool for straightening up bent cross members underneath the car.
Some use of hammer too.......
And it was fine.....
A small tear was found in this crossmember which was welded.....wrapping wet cloth around brake and fuel pipes in the following pic.
I bought these special fine file set to finish the welds which we did on the upper side of headlight holes.
Ustaad in action grinding Very Fine "Jewelry"....
A small tear was also found in the upper left corner of bonnet latch hole whih was welded and ground with the same fine files.......
And another view......
Preparation for paint work also started at the same time.As I told you before that paint on the heater intake grill on top of the bonnet was left because it was very time consuming job.so it was done at this stage.
See neat and clean bonnet.....Guy busy in removing paint from the heater intake grill.
Another guy "chotta" joined him to finish it quickly....these are the two guys who did all the preparation work for paint job on this car.
A close look..
And another one...one removing paint and other sanding the grill.
After cleaning the bonnet thoroughly it was primed (first coat)...
And another view...no steel putty was used.
Now came to front fenders.....notice the neatness of the pannel..
I do not know why EDIT/DELETE functions are not working....sorry for duplicate pics.
This is the pic I wanted to upload.....front left fender.
