It was white originally as you can see in the previous pics..and was painted dull red afterward by some previous owner.I always had a feeling for bright red spitfire..although my 5 years old son wanted it in yellow and I promised him that if we find another spitfire,we will paint it in yellow...lolzz.So he allowed me to paint it red.
