One window panel is badly rusted and i have been trying to find it but no luck.

Now it is about to become a show stopper

On Saturday i went around Rawalpindi looking for the window panel as mentioned already.
Me and NadeemIqbal visited Mareer Chowk, Sutan ka Khoo first but everyone was tellingh us to go to Astabal near Novelty Cinema because that place specialise in used parts of vans.
Upon reaching Astabal, tehre were only 3 4 shops carrying parts of Townace/Liteace and most of them were flooded with Townace parts of all kinds but our unique sized Window panel was not available
From there, we were guided to meet Mr, Yaseen (a renowned denter working behind Jang Plaza Murree road.
He provided us with a cut peice of 82 Hiace window panel which has same specs except leangth and width as ours.

Funny description of vans

Currently the two peices are under process to come out with one panel. I have to get services of another trusted denter friend who agreed to work on these frames as the metal is delicate to work with and chances of error are non existant.

I will get the new frame today (Hopefully)

Nadeem Iqbal is easily accessible. not a problem. He carry two phones with him and u can always catch him on any of them

These big blocks are from some truck or bus

That floor is from a van and thats it

There was a complete land cruiser 85 model lying on the roof of a shop but i was unable to capture it with my dirty hands
I went to astabal for the first time and it was indeed enjoyable but it is situated in a very congested part of Rawalpindi.

Once liteace is on road, i wil take it to Astabal for body strips and mud flaps etc. i saw some real cool stuff there.
