A full body work and paint job is next

I think it would be better if you repaint it first i mean before fitting the engine......if it is in your plans....is repainting in your plans??tell us about that.

You are right brother but engine was to be replaced as well, and after paint it will leave a lot of scratches around, so we decided to do the engine work first and then the bodywork and finaly Gas installation.

I came to my office on Liteace today, we went around in it yesterday and did all the testing. it is working like it used to from good old times.

We heard the speed warning chime after like 7 8 years yesterday which buzz up at 110

Fuel mileage on petrol was 10.5. we poured 10 litres and waited for it to finish. Then we poured more from a can. Thats not bad for this thing
better then my spectra in fact

Also we found new Backlights pair yesterday for 800 Rs. from Gawalmandi. the guy at Khan Autos found them through model code and catalog, very systematic and cheap.

Expenditure so far is 37000 Rs. which include engine and gearbox change and full suspension overhaul.

atleast a tonne of metal sheet's has to be welded with ur van after looking at the rust position. suggest dont waste time and start the denting work

Another milestone acheived

Got disc brakes on front, alongwith a quiet and compatible differential for 5K engine and Gearbox.
Both these items were planned before lahore meet coz i was expecting a lot of people requiring liteace to be taken to lahore
magar yeh ho na saka

difference in brake is like that of a Yamaha and Kawasaki GTO

it does not pull to any side now and cabin is now quiet like it should be.
Tomorrow it is to be taken for denting to Julhender Autos

Some brother told me about his friend in Islamabad running this workshop and my bad i have forgottenh his nick. He told me on chatline from Karachi. I remember his real name though.
