Restoration of Suzuki Alto 800...DONE

After handing over the bumpers which comes in 2006 mehran, the denter told me you need to get supports (khichain) for it to be fixed. it needs a bit alteration Else bring its old bumper style.
so i had to get the supports for all bumpers too.

the car looks really bad bad without bumper, lights and grill.

I observed they have done the ghisai of previous paint

Front right fender is alos scratched out.

Once i heard in my childhood that Mitti lohay ko khaa jati hai Never understood how come :o

but now i can definitely understand the way i found soil and rust togather and badly damaged the iron sheets of car.

DAY 3 Started

I went to check the progress of car, found that car's welding and denting process has been started and luckily they started it from its rear side.

The car looks to be in pretty bad condition ! But there isHOPE !!!

The fenders you purchased will do for now but remember, these are desi fabricated ones and not the original ones. Once you get em painted, tell teh painter to "KEEP THE DANA SMALLER". Cuz THE BIGGER THE DANA, the shittier the thing looks!

ANd a suggestion, once you get it puttied, make sure that it is a slim layer as fat layers of putty swell later on to ruin the paint job.

Get a new dashboard after this, which costs 2000 minus the gauges and stuff.

i was never in favour of mehran, coz i have seen they use very pathetic material and technology for it. so i am just restoring it to sell it after some months.
your suggests are really great buddy. i need them all.

I will tell you the prices of the parts i have purchased tomorrow as i dont have receipts right now with me.

keep updating me buddy. i need ur advices to accomplish this project soon.

is it enough for new paint or more ghisai should be done?

seems like a full burst was fired on its doors.

this is all for today, he told me that if you want us to make it all rough by cleaning out its previous paint fully then it will take more time to paint.
I have asked him to fully dent out the car, weld it out, floor patching etc etc.
then paint it at once.

I think i am right. what do you people suggest?
