i am talking about 1997/98 not taking or saving any pictures of my beetle is one of my biggest regrets. but trust me the tomato red color used to get Loads of attention where ever it went good luck with ur project
while the engine is sitting on the bench - make some tools to lock the flywheel teeth to the engine mounting lug holes, then get out the biggest and most gorilla breaker bar to tighten that gland nut in the middle.
good going
same with my "water cooled VW" - the red color used to get compliments everywhere, it looked great and the black arch cladding enhanced it.
There is something very attractive about red VWs
thanx to every one
only thanks....no update...this is not fair
