Our original driver's side box....
note the bending line at the front lip....The same was there in the passemger side glove box,because of which we used Hinge...

you can see that bend more clearly in the following pic...
also note that it is made from a very thin material which is very easy to bend and fix in place...but the one we are making needs to be very accurate to fit in that cramped place....
No room for bending.:).

So this glove box consists of these pieces ( pieces in duplicate)..

Now fitting L shaped fitting bracket ...

Front lip (hinged) was not moving freely...so giving a cut....

Now its tilting fully...we can adjust it where ever we want....

pretty tight fit...cutting a little side wall to facilitate fitting....
