I am obliged for appreciation....Actually we are quite ahead of what you are watching currently....But I don't want to break the sequence ...neither I want to miss any thing....till completion...It is an old thread (more than 3 years) and your interest in this restoration is the inspiration for me.....You brothers are bearing with me for so long...

Having an image on new so called water proof hard board including all holes and spaces for door and glass handles....

Holes first by using our special tool ...I mentioned before....

Cutting now....

After cutting...filing the protruding edges of holes....

These holes for door handle were cut with sharp screw driver...now finishing with file....

And then sand paper comes into action for further finish.....
