.Now a little "Jugard"...
I decided to spray it lightly with water so the the hard board may take this bent shape permanently....

we had one of other (Red) spitfire in good shape.....as you can see.

Making another piece like this was simple and straight forward...

Grinding edges with sand paper to achieve nice finish....

i saw some old round light carry dabbas with crystal lights maybe they can be fitted onto your ride

Thank you So much dear for your valuable suggestion....Actually the goal is to keep the car as much stock as possible....Thats why I proffered to use its old n original "LUCAS" lights,which are not as much strong as the replacements would be...But they add to the originality of the car....We may change the lights later.....when these lucas lights die...:)..

Now we moved to the door cards....
We had some original designs with us.....yes the cards of red one...
Any how,quite simple...here they are...

Some previous owner installed thin speakers in the door panels....Ruining the inner covers....:(.Because I want to reuse these original inner covers on Red spitfire...So I will have to reinstall door speakers...(on red spitfire)...but of better quality...will seek help from Audio/video GURUS of pakwheels at that stage :D....because I am just "TIFL-A-MAKTAB" in this field....:).

Some inside story....door card (Gatta) is in bad shape,as it was soaked with water in its life several times may be.... it is almost 40 years old car...but the foam and inner cover was in good condition....

Inner cover and card separated....now you can see the poor condition of the card....it was so fragile that was breaking with even slight touch ...
