Give it a full service....inside and outside.
Close the holes on the floor by using rubber plugs very cheap available at every parts shop.
goto magazine lane, get the carpet installed. it will cost u from 1500-3000 max.
Get a ready made dashboard cover, other wise there are sellers on plaza who have covers made of different material. just buy it and lay it on dashboard and do not get it pasted.
go to zuber impex or paramount shop on chat wali gali. ask them to give antirust spray paint that comes in 3 color silver/golden & black. it costs around 750 per can. i have used it, it make a layer and looks like just like any other spray paint. buy 02 cans one in black and the other silver.
Take reg mal, buff the rims and then spray them with silver.
inside wheel arches, take brush, clean the rust and spray black.
similary, u can spray many items inside engine room black to make them loook better like the battery rack and its lock etc
its good to see the engine rooms free of wiring mess
