For right now, get the dull chrome parts resprayed in matt black, get the wheels painted black with a paint can. Get some rubbing/polish done to get some shine out of your current paint, goto plaza and get temporary carpets and mats. Your car would look and feel so much better. For interior bits goto shershah, at the very back side is where they cut these cars as scrap, you will find bits of interior there.
Also, I think I still have some new interior and exterior parts lying around with me.
