There are many primers available now a days. Which will even work on slight rust. Better to spray them after welding work then proceed to paint.

Guys! which fuel pump is better mechanical or electrical in my case (KE20 1974 )??
Right now vehicle is on CNG!!!

Mechanical fuel pump is way better than electric. But if you are using cng, then make sure that the fuel line closing solenoid is on pump outer line rather than fuel sucking line because it causes the fuel pump to break internally.

I want to exclude CNG shifting to petrol but I do need good average around 11KM/PL any advice ?

3k or 4k will easily give around 12-14 kmpl on petrol, if tuned properly and carburetor is not messed up by mechanics. If you can tune your car yourself, then I can share the factory service manual for you.
Most important factor is thermostat should be installed and engine fan should be replaced with an electric fan on auto.

And you already have ND red hat coil, so why not swap to Electronic (CDI) distributor, it will keep your vehicle in good tune for longer periods of time. Cost would be around 4k.Can be sourced from Mr Riaz at Magazine Lane. I also sourced mine from him.

stick with the mechanical one. get rid of cng and enjoy smooth ride. as your are in karachi you can get a brand new from anjum motors in chat wali gali.

if it give 9-11 kms, then it is best for that much old car. mechanical pump sucks and sends fuel as per the engine requirement while electrical send on continuous basis at a steady pressure regardless how much engine is asking.
