Reezvaan , hello! Thankyou for your input. I think I may have sounded a bit too glib in my post about the deal with the denter. I would like to think that not taking the body off was based on sound reasoning, however, having said that, it is, at best, a calculated risk which in the restoration scene is a route that I have often taken over the last 20 many plus years!! I freely admit to being more of a realist than a perfectionist here too.
Soon i will be turning to you for help in parts. Would also like your input on the possibility of turning this 65 into a 67. The way I see it, it will need the correct deck lid, the rear track width to be increased, the correct top half of the rear bumper and the flat wheelcaps and correct rims.
What do u say?
