Restoring Classic Honda CD 70

I have a black Honda CD70 1987
I am looking to fix some things on it and your help is my only source as I have minimum experience in the matter.
This will be long so please take a seat.
First pressing issue of concern is that my fuel tank is not original and replaced by some store bought single coat spray painted trash. The super shiny paint is peeling, the tank leaks and is has a rusted bottom. My question is how to fix this, should it be repaired and then bake painted, should what is available from the market a new one of similar quality but unrusted be bought and bake painted or I have an old original one in red that can be bake painted?
My frame, the battery area is rusted superfuically, should I respray it?
A sticker from tappa is missing, are these avaialble?
I also need 2 turn signals, the original round steel mirrors and the chrome cone inside the headlight
I am due new wheels and tyres, should I look for something specific?
I also need a original Honda lock and key set, where can I find that?
What was the rear mudguard end like? mine was straight and had to be retro fitted with dumchi
Should the whole bike be repainted or not
My engine is in very good condition, tuned and oil changed by myself at 800km as I am heavy built and my daily ride is at 70km/h mostly, How can i get engine very clean and shiny externally?
By the way I am in Islamabad.

My deceased father (R.I.P) used to have the exact same model. Very reliable motorcycle with great build quality. A bit hard to start in the winter though.

Painting the tank won't fix rust, it'll just stop it from spreading. If there's lots of rust then it's best to replace it.
Yes, you should definitely respray the frame. It won't cost you much and it'll prevent rust from spreading further.
I'm not sure but I highly doubt that one could find an original 1987 badge and stickers in 2017-18!
Turn signals? Forget about them! My father also restored his bike back in 2002-3 and even then he couldn't find original, round turn signals!
About rims and tires; just go with regular ones. CD70's wheels and tires haven't changed a bit in all those decades!
Not sure about lock and key set. Try asking some locksmiths.
Should the whole bike be repainted? Well, given the old age of the bike, I think you should! Like I said, rust will eventually eat the whole bike out unless you do some spray!
To clean the engine, simply take it to a service shop with competent staff. But given the age of the bike, I think you should wait till summer as the bike will get dry sooner and hence the rust will have less of a chance to spread!
