Yes Shell 5W30 is perfect. Check it till 3000km and as its first time so drain it early at around 3000-3500km then at regular intervals of 5000kms. Also ensure engine runs at optimum temperature and coolant is present.

I am using Shell 5W30 in Civic 2005 which is driven around 350,000kms. Oil changed at every 4000-5000kms with guard filters.

Nice Project.
Now, the only missing part is some decent Alloy Rims.
Go for the City Aspire Rim or Civic 2005 Model Rim. They both looks quite decent on this model

The best alloys for this car are steermatec rims.

Dont have any plans for that keeping it stock. Just got new 13" tires.

Civic 2005 rims are 15 inch and quite big for this car. 13 or max 14 wheel size is for this car else suspension and fuel economy will go down the drain.

only use original honda engine oil 10w30 from honda center and don’t change oil viscosity. it’s my experience

So since their is nothing to do, I purchased a doner ash tray panel from sheirshah on Saturday. Purchased the entire panel since I wasnt sure what was wrong with mine.

The u metal wire was supposed to fix on the top of the ash tray. Tried everything my ash tray didnt come back once inside.

If I tried fitting the doner panel, the paint wouldn't match. So opened some screws, replaced my ash tray panels with the doner panels.

Now it works perfectly.

Sorry bro i didn't catch up with you after posting ash tray pix due to some work at office, i think you changed the whole panel with new one.

Yap, used my panel since it's paint is lacquered the one I purchased was original dull silver and scratched.

-I opened 1 screw to remove the ash tray panel.
-2 other screws on top the ashtray to remove the plate.
-2 screws on the ash tray pull tray.

This way I could use the doner ashtray and my own silver paneling together.

On opening the panel I realized my panel was missing the metal grip and was stuck on a single screw. Changed those aswell.

Now the mechanism works perfectly.

Bored again.

Scrolling through my car parts found a cylincer cover. Although not the perfect size just playing around. Spray some 3M rubberized spray under the spare wheel area, some wheel arches, and where ever I could reach my hand.

Once service stations open il lift her up and spray under body properly. Their is quite alot of rust under body. The trunk area was pretty bad.

These Honda’s Rust up pretty fast if not taken care of. Specially in Karachi. Btw quality is not good I purchased brand new 2017 city and now after 3 yrs its rear wheel wells have slight rusting, although i am from Islamabad.
