Dear all, Two months ago I bought city idsi Lahore registered with smart card, passport book, TO and open letter. I mistakenly assumed that after smart card file is with excise office. soon after 1.5 months I came to know that it's return file is missing. Now previous owner is not accepting it. And he is lying. Now I want to return the vehicle what should I do. I know I cannot prove it legally but only ALLAH knows and he and me knows
What should I do now?
