Reverse Camera Dispaly Problem

For Aqua 2015: When I shift to R, the display stays on Audio (or wherever I have it), the camera view doesn't come on. Have tried various combos of shifting, repeating, and displays, never comes on.

My searches keep sending me to "camera not working" but my symptom isn't like those described. The camera looks fine from the outside and the camera itself could be working fine as far as I know.

is it the factory reverse came? And what about the main unit? is it the factory one or replaced

Yes, everything is original, from factory
