Thanks all for your concern, I know this is a worrisome affair to all car lovers.
@Syed-shoaib.......... Thank you bro. On your 20 minutes notion, well, let me be frank, this is the time interval I was told by the tracking company, not my own personal knowledge, since I did not find out anything about the car's disappearance before after some 6-8 hours, probably! It was weekend and I slept late till 9.30. Woke up for a cup of tea and then when leaving the house at around 11.am, found my car porch on the ground floor empty!
I then called the tracking company up to alert them on the missing car, yes, I said I called them up, though both my cell phones were on for the whole night, I was never called up by them!
According to the tracking company, they received the last signal from the car at 4.am. confirming that the car was parked at usual rest place. And according to them, the next 30 min. interval signal from the car was due to be transmitted by the tracker at 4.30 am, and it never came in!!!!!
Hence, they deduce that whatever happened, happened between 4.am and 4.30am. Supposing that the suckers still may not have entered my premises at exactly 4.am or left at exactly 4.30 before which the tracker according to the firm was deactivated, one may presume that they did it all in 20-25 minutes.
The other possibility could be that they stayed here till beyond 4.30, to take care of the remaining hindrances and locks, now secure that the tracker had been deactivated. But how can they count on that? Were they so sure of their work with the deactivation of the tracker, that they deemed it safe to stay here for longer? That's the question??!!!
And finally, there may even be the question, that if the battery tampering/ dismantling/ ignition alerts sent from the car to the network had been totally ignored by the staff there and they are now making up excuses that they received no signals at all after 4.am???????
Everything is possible, yet what stands absolutely clear, trackers are worth nothing, when the right men are their to handle them!
Regards.
